The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly walk in support of local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. Join us on February 24, 2024 - team up, fundraise, walk, and take a moment to look closer... because it’s cold out there.
Midcurrent Church in Hudson has graciously opened their facility to host CNOY 2024. We will utilize their space for pre-event registration and check-in as well as a soup dinner after the walk. The walk itself will start and end near the church.

Five Local Charity Partners United for a Cause
Support multiple local St. Croix Valley humanitarian charities, all at once!
Under the coordination of River Valley Charities, four direct-service, local charities in western Wisconsin with a shared mission of providing food, shelter, and assistance to our less fortunate neighbors are partnering up for the Coldest Night of the Year 2024. These organizations include Grace Place in New Richmond, Hudson Area Backpack and Food Programs and Operation HELP in Hudson, and Our Neighbors' Place in River Falls. All proceeds from the event will be distributed equally among the four direct-service charities.
