About Moments of Hope Outreach
Moments of Hope Outreach exists to provide hope to our neighbors experiencing homelessness and those living in poverty. Moments of Hope Outreach operates a resource center in the city of Richmond, provides emergency shelter to our unsheltered neighbors, operates a food pantry in Hanover County, and hosts a weekly community outreach events including a luncheon rain or shine with a mobile pantry, health screenings, bike shop, clothing ministry, fellowship and prayer.
