About StreetLight Community Outreach
StreetLight is dedicated to serving the homeless and hungry in our community through compassionate care and life-changing supportive services, case management, and essential programs. We work tirelessly to meet urgent needs of those facing hardship and offer hope for brighter futures.
Some of our programs and services include: Permanent Supportive Housing, Supportive Shelter for medically fragile and disabled homeless adults, hypothermia shelter for unsheltered homeless adults, weekly outreach dinners, food pantry for families facing food insecurity, and much more!
